This place had staff who made me feel like my eyes were their main concern. Dr. Pinet was as thoughtful as I hoped and made sure I got the perfect prescription I needed and that no diseases were present. Most impressive was the front desk staff, especially Greg, whose thoughtful input over the phone helped me look forward to my visit, and his colleagues Alexis, Misty, and Amenda, who also listened carefully to my concerns. I purchased a pair of glasses from them and was told the total cost before I purchased a beautiful but also one of the most expensive pairs of glasses I have ever owned.

My sons are on the Autism Spectrum so you can imagine how stressful eye exams can be for not just them, but also for the staff and myself. All members of this staff are SO patient. Dr. Pinet is a new Dr. In that clinic and I'm so glad he's there. He and Dr. Kesti always make me feel confident that my boys are being cared for and not being judged.

InSight Optics is a gem of a practice five minutes from me. I had been going out of town for 18 years before my sister heard about it, thank goodness for both of us. We had moved back to our hometown area after a lifetime of eye clinics in many cities; not one compares: InSight is the best!

The tech doing the pre exam was very good and friendly. Dr. Kesti is very good at explaining things during the exam. The tech that helped me with readjusting my glasses and replacing nose pads did a great job. All in all I was very impressed and sastisfied with my visit today!
